¿QUÉ ES UNA CONSTITUCIÓN? En este segmento se busca responder inquietudes elementales respecto de lo que se conoce como “La Carta Magna”, como para qué sirve y su impacto en la vida diaria. Una constitución es un acuerdo de reglas de convivencia, es decir, una forma de pacto político y social. Se llama así porque integra, establece, organiza,  constituye  las normas que rigen a la sociedad de un país.
